One day orang utan expedition is we will explore the jungle for about
5-6 hours to go deeper and you will get fantastic impression of the
dense tropical rainforest of the Gunung Leuser National Park. If we are
lucky we will see animals such us orangutans, several types of monkeys,
siamang, white-handed gibbon, water monitor, sumatran peacock, red giant
flying squirrel, malayan giant squirrel.
In this trip we’ll have lunch in the jungle. For lunch we brought fried rice from home, so we do like a picnic in the jungle and you will have an exciting experience.
We will also provide the assistance to help you where we’ll pass the difficult and slippery roads because your safety is very important to us.
ITINERARY.
Our expert guide will pick up you in the hotel where you stay around 9.00 am after breakfast and joint with another guests not more then six people to start the expedition.
Once we arrived at the border, our guide will make some briefing about the rule how we will entrance the jungle, walk for about 5 - 6 hours to search the animals together and our expert guide will explain to you about flora and fauna.
At 13.00 we stop for lunch time, we have fried rice and for the desserts we have fruits such us pineapple, watemelon, banana, orange and passion fruit. After lunch continue the expeition watching the orang utan or other animals, towards to the river where we will go for rafting. You can have swim or enjoy the atmosphere before we go rafting.
We will pack up and return to the hotel by traditional tube rafting. Our jungle expedition will be finished around 15.00 Pm
Cost is 55 Euro/person.
Inclusive : Licensed guide, permit to Gunung Leuser Natioal Park, food, fruits, water and traditional tube rafting.
WHAT TO BRING.
Bring 1 large bottle of the mineral water, suitable walking shoes , mosquito reppelent, sun creams, medicines, toilet paper, swimwear and a towel.
