You do not have a lot of time, but you would like to enjoy the pure nature of the Jungle..??
This trip we designed very special for the the people where you might not have much time but you really want to see orang utan and other kind of the animals in tropical rainforest of the Gunung Leuser National Park. If we are lucky we will see animals such us orangutans several types of monkeys, siamang, white-handed gibbon, , water monitor, sumatran peacock, red giant flying squirrel, malayan giant squirrel. Our expert guide will explain to you about flora and fauna.
ITINERARY
You will meet our driver at the hotel where you stay around 6.00 am, journey 3 hours to bukit lawang. When you arrive, you will meet our expert guide and will bring you to some restourant to have some breakfast.
The jungle trip will begin after breakfast, we will pass the rubber plantation about 15 minute and once we arrived at the border of the jungle our guide will make some briefing about the rule how we will entrance the jungle, walk for about 5 -6 hours to search the animals together and our expert guide will explain to you about flora and fauna. At 13.00 we stop for lunch, we have fried rice and for the desserts we have fruits such us pineapple, watemelon, banana, orange and passion fruit.
After lunch continue the expeition watching the orang utan or other animals, towards to the river wher we will go for rafting. You can have swim or enjoy the atmosphere before we go fafting.
We will pack up the return back by traditional tube rafting and our jungle expedition will be finished around 15.00.
You can change your dry clothes, ready to transfer you back to Medan hotel for another 3 hours with our driver.
Cost is 110 Euro/person, minimum 2 people.
Inclusive : Return air-conditioner car with driver, Licensed guide, permit to Gunung Leuser Natioal Park, food, fruits, water, traditional tube rafting.
WHAT TO BRING.
Bring 1 large bottle of the mineral water, suitable walking shoes , mosquito reppelent, sun creams, medicines, toilet paper, swimwear and a towel.
